As a lifelong enthusiast of personal growth and alternative healing, I have experienced the life-changing impact of these modalities first-hand. After 17 years of practice and study, I now have several certifications including hypnotherapy, sound healing, Reiki, and fusion dance styles. It is now my mission to use my experience and education to bring joy, healing and light to others who would benefit from these practices. I combine these very effective methods to be tailored to each individual or group to enhance their lives, build connection and community, and spread joy.

I am actively involved in performance art, improv and writing. Nothing makes me feel more alive than creating with other artists. The joy and escape into other realities, collaboration, and impact on the audience is an honor that I cherish. Performance art is a deeply healing experience.
